PUMA’s teamed up with basketball legend LaMelo and crime fighting legends, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for a unique limited edition shoe release. There were four unique TMNT X Melo sneaker designs and by purchasing and registering all of them, you would unlock the opportunity to purchase the final fifth sneaker, which was only available in extremely limited quantities. Our solution provided the code redemption and stock management architecture, all wrapped in an engaging interactive scene to make the redemption an enjoyable experience for even the most dedicated sneaker fan.

Making form filling memorable

The challenge was to make the core of the website — essentially filling out a form — an engaging experience. By modifying various TMNT illustrations we were able to create a New York scene which felt like it had been lifted directly from the TV show, which served as the menu to pick the sneaker you were registering.

Additional digital collectibles

To add an extra layer to the experience for the consumer, we created bespoke ‘collectable cards’ which a user unlocks per shoe they register. These added to the shareabilty and overall social exposure of the campaign.
